Faculty of Medicine, PSU Welcomed Professor Steven Edwards from the University of Liverpool, UK
On Tuesday, May 26, 2026, Faculty of Medicine, PSU, led by Assoc. Prof. Nawamin Pinpathomrat, M.D., DPhil, Assistant Dean to International Affairs, Asst. Prof. Kanoot Jaruthamsophon, M.D., Ph.D., Head of the Department of Pathology, and Assoc. Prof. Kittinun Leetanaporn, M.D., Lecturer at the Department of Biomedical Sciences and Biomedical Engineering, warmly welcomed Professor Steven Edwards, B.Sc., Ph.D, from Institute of Infection, Veterinary & Ecological Sciences, Faculty of Health and Life Sciences, University of Liverpool, UK.
The visit marked his first site visit to PSU with the aim of exploring potential academic collaboration between the two institutions under the Master Student Exchange Program.
During this visit, Prof. Edwards also toured the Molecular Diagnostics Laboratory, Immunology and Virology Laboratory, as well as Translational Medicine Research Center, to learn more about the research facilities, working and learning environment available for future University of Liverpool master students and research staff participating in the program at PSUMed.
